Requirements
• Passionate about equitable access to quality education • 8 years of experience, with 5 relevant in finance/accounting, operations, business strategy, or consulting • Structured thinker with problem-solving ability • High aptitude for financial modeling and analysis • Experience with SQL/Redshift and Business Intelligence tools • Ability to transition between high-level and detailed analysis • Outstanding communication skills • Self-starter, proactive and intellectually curious • Comfortable discussing race, representation, and equity
