• Lead and expand a highly skilled team of product and data analysts, fostering professional growth and technical proficiency. • Strategize with senior management across Product, Engineering, and Data Science to define and prioritize analytics projects, ensuring alignment with our product roadmap and business goals. • Enhance cross-functional collaboration, establishing a cohesive analytics framework across the organization to standardize measurement and impact assessment. • Drive innovation within the analytics function, identifying and implementing process enhancements to bolster our analytics capabilities and product offerings. • Champion data governance and quality, spearheading initiatives to address data integrity and usability across our platforms and products. • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to inform decision-making on key product initiatives, leveraging comprehensive data analysis.
Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in analytics, with a proven track record in product and engineering support roles. • At least 5 years experience in a leadership role managing and developing high-performing analytics teams. • Demonstrated experience in overseeing product initiatives powered by data science methodologies, such as computer vision (CV) or natural language processing (NLP). • Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, information science, or a related technical field is highly desirable. • Mastery of SQL & Python, with hands-on experience in Looker, BigQuery, and SQL warehouses. • Exceptional ability to cultivate strong, positive relationships across diverse cultural environments and global teams. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
