Description
• Lead the charge of transforming the product into a billion-user fintech platform • Given autonomy and ownership to focus on growing user base and revenue • Expected to approach role with grit, intensity, and passion • Collaborate closely with dub's founder, leadership, and early team • Pushed to the limit of growth and learning • Build a world-class product 10x better than any alternative
Requirements
• Worked at early stage startups to launch and grow products (Preferably Seed / Series A) • 2+ years leading product initiatives • Experience shipping growth features • Own P&L / accountable to revenue goals • Optimize KYC and fintech onboarding flows • Experience with project management tools (we use Linear) • Strong design sense and preferably Figma skills • Worked in consumer fintech or investing companies • Strong data analytics skills • Passionate about finance and investing • Gritty mindset
