Description

• Support the marketing team across various campaign and project productions. • Manage productions with the support of production companies, PAs, and freelancers. • Act as the main point of contact between production partners and project leads. • Manage external vendor and freelance relationships. • Own logistics and coordination of production elements and documentation. • Manage the flow of creative feedback between production partners and project team. • Traffic deliverables to internal and external stakeholders and agencies. • Track budget for productions in coordination with budget owners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience at a major brand, organization, or agency • Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously • Flexibility to work on both integrated campaigns and scrappy shoots • A strong roster of production and other industry relationships • A meticulous sense of organization and operational excellence • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • A strong sense of brand and details • Effective and efficient written and spoken communication • Experience using project and task management tools like Asana and JIRA • Curiosity about language learning, and proficiency in multiple languages • Experience in a fast-paced environment
