Description

• Manage execution and tracking of EAF’s Campaigns Program. • Support the EAF Program Director, Campaigns, in managing campaign strategies. • Develop systems for tracking campaign information. • Analyze campaigns for communication and success. • Produce written materials for various audiences.

Requirements

• Practical experience in developing and tracking successful issue campaigns at the state level, with a preference for experience with both electoral and legislative campaigns. • Demonstrated knowledge and work experience in one or more of the following areas: energy, climate, candidate or policy campaigns. • Hands-on experience in the non-profit advocacy community, ideally in relation to campaign design, creation, and implementation. • Technical skills: intermediate skill level using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, preferably in a Mac environment; willingness to engage in budget planning and management processes using Excel and internal systems; familiarity with Google Drive/Google docs and project management software. • Project management: experience advancing multiple projects that involve various stakeholders and deadlines to a successful completion. • Skilled at coping with unexpected events, prioritizing and handling several projects simultaneously, and developing clear and realistic action plans with a strong attention to detail. • Brings an orientation toward service, inclusion, collaboration, and clear communication, understanding that supporting others is fundamental to success in the role. Team player who is able to establish rapport internally and with funding partners, grantees, consultants, and other stakeholders. • Strong written and oral communication skills. Able to present complex information clearly, succinctly, and in a meaningful way to the EAF/EF leadership, funding partners, and allies.
