Description

• The HR Data Analyst supports a critical role within Human Resources by working to centralize and streamline HR reporting and data for the organization. • This role necessitates close collaboration with multiple HR teams and other departments to collect, assess, and deliver data for strategic decision-making. • This role provides support in an analytical and operational capacity in multifaceted areas such as: HRIS systems, statistical and metric reporting, recruitment, retention, benefits, payroll, compliance, diversity, compensation, and HR records retention. • The HR Analyst will be responsible for assisting and organizing the data that will help drive organizational strategy company-wide.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, Data, Technology, or equivalent experience • 2 years of experience in HRIS or related field(s) preferred • Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now and Lattice preferred or similar HRIS system • Intermediate to advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) • Demonstrated proficiency with data reporting, modeling, and validation techniques (querying, lookups, pivot tables, cleansing, publishing) • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, R, or similar software desired • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail, and follow-through • Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, with multiple competing deadlines • Ability to learn new systems/technology thoroughly and quickly • Must be able to handle and prioritize multiple projects • NYC residency is required within 180 days of hire.
