Description

• You are the voice that will amplify our vision to the world • You’ll be building, operating, and scaling our product marketing machine from the ground up • Responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive exponential growth in our ecosystem metrics • Creating compelling narratives that simplify and differentiate our complex technologies for various audiences • Leading the charge on major product launches, working closely with engineering, product management, and sales teams to translate features into benefits • Continuously testing, proving, and optimizing the inputs that fuel our product growth flywheel • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform our product positioning and marketing strategies • Owning the company-wide release calendar, making sure the marketing process is transparent and well-understood across the organization

Requirements

• 7+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 years focusing on developer-facing products • Proven track record of leading and scaling product marketing functions in fast-paced, rapidly growing startups, preferably within Series A to C funding stages • Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive project completion • Foundational understanding of blockchain technology, the crypto ecosystem, especially Ethereum and other PoS networks, and emerging trends in decentralized finance and web3 • Demonstrated ability to create and execute data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging analytics to inform decision-making, optimize campaigns, and measure success against key metrics • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus
