• Spearhead design and execution of Sales and Customer Success training initiatives • Craft onboarding programs and measure effectiveness to optimize team performance • Monitor Sales and CS calls and provide constructive feedback to teams and leadership • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

Requirements

• At least 5 years of sales enablement experience in a high-growth B2B startup • Experience building and owning entire sales enablement programs from scratch • Comfortable in highly ambiguous environments and wearing many hats • Bonus: previously was a high performing SDR, AE, or CSM; directly engaged with prospects or customers
