• Lead and manage priority consumer brands within the marketing team. • Develop brand plan and manage P&L to achieve financial targets. • Manage day-to-day logistics of brand programs including digital marketing campaigns. • Provide market analysis and actionable insights to identify opportunities. • Coach and manage junior marketers, fostering collaboration and results-driven culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing, or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 8 years of related work experience in brand marketing. • Demonstrated leadership and team skills. • Strategic thinking skills. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and influence skills. • High proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
