•Provide project management support for the Customer Experience team •Provide direct account management support for the Customer Experience team •Managing all standard & bespoke communications with LPs •In collaboration with the Customer Experience team, provide project management support for all LP events annually

Requirements

•3+ years of professional experience in operational or administrative roles •Bachelor’s degree in related field (Communications, marketing, business administration, operations or similar) •Strong interest in organizational operations •Strong Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom skills •Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills •Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail •Self-driven customer focused attitude •Ability to deliver premier customer experience with comfort around senior executives •Highly dedicated and willing to go the extra mile (outside regular office hours if necessary) •Intuitive and able to manage and build systems and relationships in complex organizations
