Description
• Develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with the company’s overall vision and goals • Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technology to drive innovation and improve user experience • Analyze and define competitive benchmarks for both web and mobile user experiences • Own Enfusion’s design library system and coordinate across development teams • Create a user experience research process from scratch
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in UX, including leadership roles in product design and development required • Bachelors Degree Required • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful UX strategies and practices • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams • Solid domain knowledge in the financial services industry • Proficient with standard design and development software such as JIRA, Figma, Sketch, Miro
