Description

• Selling EPLAN LLC • Balancing management of existing customers while building a pipeline of new business • Working closely with national consulting engineering team to provide detail-specific solutions for customers • Analyzing customer facilities and requirements to drive business needs through the EPLAN platform • Representing and communicating EPLAN’s overall Software and training product line • Assessing customer needs and partnering with EPLAN’s professional service specialists • Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts • Focusing sales efforts by studying existing accounts and past issues • Pitching and adjusting the content of sales presentations • Keeping management informed by submitting monthly activity-results reports • Monitoring competitive publications • Attending networking events within assigned territory • Responsible for increasing sales and market share within defined territory • Working closely with the inside sales team to provide timely and profitable quotes • Assisting in development of the annual business plan and coordinating its implementation • Keeping management apprised of market trends and sales opportunities • Working in conjunction with local distributors • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a degree in Business Administration/Marketing • Minimum 2 years of experience selling Enterprise SaaS platforms • Strong knowledge of the CAE/CAD marketplace and engineering applications • Preferred candidates with experience in the industrial automation industry • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop and build strong relationships with c-level and senior management of clients • Highly proficient in computer skills including internet, CRM, email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Complete understanding of consultative and solution selling strategies
