Requirements

• Previous experience in IT recruitment, whether in an in-house or agency setting, is highly valued. Having experience in both areas is advantageous, but having experience in either one is acceptable. • High level of self-discipline and eagerness for growth. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and strategic mindset. • Professional proficiency in English. • Knowledge of external labour market trends and ability to forecast hiring needs from a strategic standpoint.
