Full-cycle recruiting for engineering candidates to enhance Espresa's talent acquisition.

• This is a temporary contract role, with potential to extend based on mutual agreement and business needs
• You have broad flexibility to design your own schedule
• We are looking for an experienced full-cycle recruiter who has shown a proven ability to source and recruit great engineering candidates
• You'll work hand-in-hand with our CTO to identify and recruit the best people to our team
• You will manage all parts of the recruiting cycle from, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating subsequent interview panels, and negotiating offers
• Own the hiring process from sourcing to closing
• Work with hiring manager to understand hiring needs, adapting to changing needs of the business as necessary
• Proactively source potential candidates via various hiring platforms and crafting personalized, targeted outreach
• Act as a brand ambassador for Espresa - ensuring a stellar candidate experience from your first interaction
