• As a Paid Media Strategist, you will strategize, implement, and monitor effective paid media campaigns to ensure clients' goals are met • Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for clients across various industries on OTT ad networks • Analyze and implement strategies to continually improve campaign performance • Track and report performance metrics to stakeholders • Stay up to date with paid media best practices and tools • Provide support to internal stakeholders and mentor junior team members • Maintain expertise in ad serving platforms and share knowledge with the team
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, or related field • 1 - 2 years of paid media experience • 1 year of OTT (over-the-top) experience • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills • Excellent attention to detail • Strong internal and external communication skills • The ability to think strategically, proactively and creatively, focusing on innovative and measurable solutions • Strong work ethic and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment • Exemplary organization and time management skills with the ability to handle several projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
