Description

• Improve understanding of claims data to drive product ROI and insights. • Support leadership team with product feature recommendations and experimental designs. • Uncover new product research directions through exploratory data analysis. • Present results to internal stakeholders and clients in the insurance industry. • Work closely with ML team to analyze modeling impact and debug data issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of data analysis/quantitative experience, preferably in Machine Learning. • At least 2 years experience in mentoring or tech-leading. • Masters degree in statistics or equivalent quantitative field. • Sophisticated knowledge of statistics and SQL engineering. • Designed, implemented, and analyzed A/B or multi-arm experiments. • Proficient in Python, pandas, Jupyter notebooks, and SQL analytics dashboards. • Skilled data illustrator for market-ready graphs, slides, and presentations. • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. • Proven understanding of Product and Business analytics.
