Description

• Partner with stakeholders across all phases of the customer lifecycle for Solution Architecture. • Design eCommerce solutions supporting industry-leading best practices in technology and performance. • Responsible for the technical design of client solutions including scope, estimates, and documentation. • Coach and mentor partners, customers, and developers through implementation lifecycle. • Provide technical problem resolution to complex issues. • Contribute to process and methodology improvements within Services Delivery team. • Work with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and support product evolution. • Present proposals to executive customers clearly and compellingly. • Partner with Senior Management to define processes and improvement methodologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Solution Architecture or Technical/Implementation Consultant role and consulting/professional services experience. • Experienced with designing and implementing end-to-end IT solutions in e-Commerce (Salesforce B2B and/or Commerce Tools). • Hands-on integration architecture experience including iPaaS, API Gateways, ETL, ESB, and related technologies (e.g. REST, SOAP, JSON, XML). • Experience working in a consultancy or technology organization, advising customers on best practice. • Strong ability to solve customer problems, collaborating with sales to convert pipeline opportunities into closed deals. • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with a strong ability to produce clear analysis based on customer workshops and data. • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies, converting them into customer solutions.
