• Lead product and engineering decisions • Own large parts of the product architecture • Speak directly with customers • Work with design to define the product • Help the business meet its goals • Define lasting process and own very important parts of the product • Improve existing products and create new ones • Create team-wide systems from the ground up • Impact best practices and shaping engineering team’s processes and culture • Build things that people love and interact with users for feedback • Work with product designer, manager, and business team to scope large projects • Be part of a dynamic engineering team and company culture that values collaboration, transparency, and autonomy
Requirements
• 4+ years software engineering experience • Experience with end-to-end web development • Excitement to tackle hard technical problems • Experience with React, Redux, Typescript, Django preferred but not required
