• Program Manager experienced working with cross-functional, Agile product development teams • Focus of role will be Program Management leadership for Extreme’s next-generation Cloud SaaS platform • Experience with cloud and platform SW development required; Cross-platform operating system and networking experience are desired • 4+ years product of development experience in an Engineering environment • Experience with portfolio management is desirable • Leadership, enthusiasm, self-direction are key personality traits

Requirements

• 4+ years product of development experience in an Engineering environment • Experience with cloud and platform SW development required; Cross-platform operating system and networking experience are desired • Ability to work in multifaceted teams. (Hardware, Platform, Cloud, …) • Experience working with global teams with proven ability to manage communications, time alignment, and own personal time management. • Great leadership skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to inspire team members • Experience tracking and translating technical discussions into actionable tasks and next steps • Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities • Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty • Experienced in setting up program schedules and work breakdown structures • Outstanding in solving/analytical abilities; good autonomy and good teamwork skills • Good English writing and speaking skills • Strong Interpersonal, communication and coordination skills • Experience with Agile development process
