Description

• The purpose of this role is to support in the delivery of major manufacturing capacity upgrade projects. • This role will facilitate the Project Principal in developing and maintaining all critical project management systems and tools.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management or related field along with certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) are required. • Other certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are an advantage. • 10 years’ experience leading Project/Program Management Activities in highly regulated large (>100M USD) CPG Greenfield projects • Ability to handle ambiguity, learn quickly and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment • Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. • Manufacturing Experience: In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and best practices. • Operational Knowledge: A solid understanding of operational management practices. • Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, set project objectives, and drive results. • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making. • Change Management: Experience in managing and leading organizational change initiatives. • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant technical aspects of manufacturing and operations. • Familiarity with Permitting processes, external stakeholder management and public relations. • Regulatory compliance as it relates to a greenfield manufacturing site build. • Project Safety Champion and Leader. • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business objectives and the ability to align project initiatives with overall business strategy. • Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in both project management and manufacturing/operations.
