Description
• As the Clinical Program Manager at Atria, you will be an invaluable partner to our clinical teams by helping them further develop and operationalize Atria’s clinical programs such as Brain Health, Women's Health, and Endocrinology. • Your mission will be to work closely with providers to build and operate personalized, actionable, and engaging clinical programs that significantly improve our members’ health and wellbeing. • This role bridges the gap between clinical expertise and product development, requiring a unique blend of healthcare knowledge and program management experience.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in healthcare, healthcare administration, public health, or related field preferred. • At least 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare program management or related roles. • Proven experience in building and implementing clinical programs in a healthcare setting. • Strong background in program management with a track record of defining success metrics and iteratively improving processes. • Familiarity with digital health platforms and tools, and experience working with product and technology teams. • Excellent understanding of healthcare operations and the ability to translate clinical needs into actionable program elements. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. • Direct patient care experience is valuable but not required.
