• Enhance cybersecurity posture by leading sophisticated red team operations. • Plan, design, and conduct red team exercises to identify vulnerabilities. • Develop custom tools and techniques to simulate adversarial threats. • Collaborate with blue teams to improve incident response procedures. • Develop strategic plans for red team that align with cybersecurity goals. • Stay updated on latest threats and enhance red team capabilities. • Recruit, train, and mentor red team members. • Communicate red team results to stakeholders across the organization. • Document red team activities and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in information security with a focus on red teaming, penetration testing, and ethical hacking. • Strong research and development capabilities for understanding real-world attack scenarios. • Technical skills to design and build tools for staging attack scenarios. • Strong understanding of network protocols, encryption techniques, and secure coding practices. • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC 2. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
