• Design, launch, and operate Security-related projects. • Ensure teams coalesce efficiently and at high quality. • Improve project management systems and practices. • Monitor project progress and identify risks. • Implement a vulnerability management program. • Define service-level agreements across teams. • Partner with engineering managers on projects. • Drive periodic planning for Security strategy and OKRs.
Requirements
• 5+ years managing programs at scale as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager, or a similar field, preferably at a growth-stage software business. • Familiarity with vulnerability management when working with Engineering teams. • You bias towards action and operate with ambition. • People on the teams you operationalize become the best versions of themselves by working with you. • You thrive in the day-to-day and are task oriented. • You’re able to operate at all levels within an organization. • You can communicate across altitudes. • You’re great at reading both people and rooms. • You know how to find the “so what’s” when analyzing data.
