• Your expertise in risk management will directly impact the Swap Dealer’s ability to navigate the evolving landscape of cryptocurrency markets, protect our clients' assets, and maintain our reputation as a trusted and reliable partner in the industry. • You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and compliance of our operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required; master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA) preferred. • 10+ years in risk management, preferably in an NFA regulated entity, with exposure to cryptocurrency markets. Prior Swap Dealer firm experience is highly preferred. • Proven track record in developing and implementing risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures. Experience with quantitative risk measurement is essential. • Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and requirements for digital asset trading platforms. Experience in managing relationships with regulators is highly preferred. • Ability to analyze complex risk scenarios, identify vulnerabilities, and develop effective risk mitigation strategies. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking under pressure. • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present risk-related information to senior management and external stakeholders. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
