Description
• Provide clients with individual and group therapy. • Assist with the pre-intake, intake, and screening of new clients. • Complete a differential diagnosis for clients and refer them to appropriate program(s). • Create and modify treatment plans. • Complete administrative tasks including maintaining case records and documenting all clients’ contacts. • Develop and implement follow-up studies. • Coordinate with appropriate parties on client’s treatment. • Provide clients with information on community activities to combat substance use and mental health issues. • Act as a client advocate and liaison with community resources. • Provide training to colleagues on mental health treatment issues.
Requirements
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). • Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus. • Experience providing therapeutic interventions. • Be an adept communicator with strong relationship-building skills. • Possess strong administrative, time management and organizational skills.
