Description
• FanDuel is seeking a Senior Tax Manager who will join our growing Tax team • This role represents an exciting opportunity to help shape the tax positions and processes across both US operating groups and the online gaming industry at large in a fast-paced and rapidly growing marketplace • The Senior Tax Manager will support tax compliance, tax provisioning, transfer pricing, research, and tax planning • You will have the opportunity to build and refine complex tax workpapers and financial models, and assist with the building, implementation, and maintenance of automation within the function
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with CPA certification or Juris Doctorate (JD) • 8-11 years of professional US corporate tax experience (preferably a combination of public accounting firm and private company experience) • Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of international tax concepts, Transfer Pricing, and foreign tax matters • Being a self-starter with the ability to bring strong analytical rigor to decision-making with a focus on getting the right answer • Streamlining cross-departmental ways of working and collaboration in pursuit of common company goals • Strong Excel skills with a desire to continually maintain and improve those skills • Openness to learning about new areas of tax and financial reporting (via internal trainings and continuing professional education courses) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort with presenting to senior tax and non-tax business stakeholders
