• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for production incidents, including system outages, performance degradation, and service disruptions.
• Utilize debugging tools and diagnostic techniques for root cause analysis.
• Support Operations, Systems, and Software teams in issue resolution and resource tracking.
• Conduct post mortems to discuss potential solutions to mitigate future issues.
