• Define, drive, and execute Fieldwire’s digital marketing strategy • Work with our Digital Ads Manager to deliver on paid acquisition campaigns • Drive alignment and enforce SLA with go-to-market teams • Monitor performance metrics and budget tracking • Explore and prioritize new opportunities for Fieldwire • Own the acquisition of new customers through digital channels (SEM, SEO, email marketing) • Manage budgets and forecasts, optimize initiatives for impact on the bottom-line • Spearhead the launch of inbound campaigns for new geographies, product lines, and industries • Build and operate a marketing motion to supercharge cross-selling between Hilti (parent company) and Fieldwire • Manage and nurture the relationship with the local Sales teams • Optimize the entire conversion funnel and continuously experiment
• 7+ years relevant experience (demand generation, growth marketing, or general marketing) • Deep understanding of paid media strategies, marketing automation, email marketing tactics, and lead management • Experience working closely with Sales teams, earning trust as a strategic business partner • Proven track record of defining and executing programs with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders • Varied background across marketing disciplines • Excellent analytical skills • Experience working on a B2B mobile solution • Construction tech experience
