• Lead the team responsible for the Figma editor • Lead one of the newest frontiers at Figma - FigJam • Manage and hire a group of world-class designers • Partner with Product and Engineering leads to improve team processes • Advocate for your team's product areas across the organization • Run and improve team processes like critiques and sprints • Advance your own skills in people management
Requirements
• 3+ years of people management experience • Proven track record as a craftsperson • Ability to teach others • Experience influencing teams through strategic thinking and communication While not required: • Experience working on technical products or complex systems • Experience working on early stage projects • Willingness to take risks with new methodologies and ideas
