Description
• Serve as a functional expert for our enterprise planning tool (Pigment), owning the development, enhancement, maintenance, and administration of the platform • Manage the systems roadmap and lead its execution, including prioritization, requirement gathering, project timeline, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution • Partner within Strategic Finance and Data Science teams to build & migrate sophisticated financial forecasts and reporting in Pigment • Design and build a best-in-class systems architecture, data flow optimizations, business transformations, and integrations • Drive best practices, systems controls & validations, and data governance across the tool • Create dashboards and data visualizations that highlight KPIs and business drivers while promoting a positive user experience • Champion tool adoption and change management through the development of trainings, documentation, and enablement resources
Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experience in systems/technology consulting, finance systems, or related fields • Experience architecting and/or implementing financial systems and a willingness to dig into the details • Experience driving improvements and adoption • Experience with financial concepts, forecasting processes, and KPIs • Ability to partner across teams to optimize processes and data flows • Understanding of connected planning systems & best practices
