Description
• Drive complex programs and projects involving technical and non-technical stakeholders • Define processes for collaboration within product, engineering, and cross-functional organizations • Influence the development of a best-in-class product and engineering operations culture • Run programs that involve significant complexity, such as platform improvements, quality enhancements, and new feature development • Engage in process engineering to mature the software development life cycle • Portfolio reporting, engineering planning, and OKR tracking • Operate in San Francisco or New York hubs or remotely in the United States
Requirements
• 4+ years of technical program management and/or product management experience • Ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to completion • Expertise in articulating complexity in simple terms • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills • Experience in producing internal tool and process documentation • Proficiency in building and maintaining project dashboards • Strong bias to action, self-motivation, and curiosity • Familiarity with a modern scaled web stack (AWS, Sinatra, React) • Knowledge of ML and/or mobile development is a plus
