Description

• Head Coach / Customer Success Manager for Williamsburg studio • Ensuring programs are delivered appropriately and coaching members • Community management including WhatsApp group and member feedback • Operations management including Retention, Marketing, and Membership monitoring

Requirements

• Individually coaching around 15 classes per week • Conducting First Check-In call with new members • Assisting General Manager in gym cleanliness and upkeep • Managing Retention and leads with Marketing • Monitoring membership numbers and ensuring member accounts are up to date
