Description
• Utilize our design system within Figma to create UI mockups and interactive prototypes both independently and under the guidance of a design lead. • Participate actively in design team meetings, offering feedback and ideas to help enhance the overall user experience. • Collaborate with product managers to develop solutions that effectively address user problems. • Work closely with product engineers to ensure the accurate implementation of design concepts. • Conduct research to understand customer needs and goals, translating these insights into actionable design solutions. • Engage in design thinking sessions with the design team and cross-functional partners to foster innovative solutions.
Requirements
• A portfolio demonstrating experience in designing enterprise desktop applications (please include your portfolio link and password in your resume and application). • Proficiency in using Figma, including expertise with auto-layout, creating responsive designs, and utilizing variant components to develop engaging UIs. • Strong understanding and application of UX and visual design principles. • Practical knowledge of current design patterns, trends, and methodologies. • Experience conducting customer interviews and possessing fundamental information-gathering skills. • Ability to present design work, collect feedback, and make necessary adjustments based on input.
