Description
• Design, implement, and maintain Windows and Azure-based IT systems. • Manage IT Core infrastructure and monitor system performance. • Facilitate integration of business systems and develop automation solutions. • Oversee projects from initiation to completion. • Perform system upgrades and maintenance. • Analyze system performance and identify improvement areas. • Provide technical support and address escalations promptly. • Foster collaboration with other departments and maintain documentation.
Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Project Management experience. • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented. • Desire to work with new and upcoming technologies. • Strong attention-to-detail, self-starter, highly organized. • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Product Suite. • Strong knowledge in PowerShell Scripting, Group Policy Management, DFS, MS Failover Clustering.
