Description
• Looking for a leader in the Media team focused on team development and client growth • Oversee multiple client teams and ensure strong performance against goals • Act as a brand ambassador and maintain team morale in a hybrid environment • Identify revenue opportunities and improve team efficiency
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience across retail media disciplines (search, display, video) • At least 2-3 years of team leadership and training experience • Proven track record prioritizing in a fast paced environment • Deep experience in retail media space including campaign management platforms • Demonstrable expertise across all aspects of retailer paid search • Strong business acumen, problem solving & analytical skills • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Bias for action and ability to achieve objectives with optimistic energy
