• Serve as a bridge between sales, implementation, and ongoing support for customers. • Be a product expert and technical resource. • Communicate with customers to discover needs and convey solutions. • Contribute to the implementation process and write efficient code. • Work closely with internal teams to identify solutions and provide feedback. • Design and implement distributed systems to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Proficient in React, Typescript and Python • >5 years experience in a customer facing engineering role • Direct experience with Enterprise customers • Solutions Architecture experience • Strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills, and genuine empathy • Collaborative spirit, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and adaptable to change
