Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the client for project activities • Develop and execute projects within budget, schedule, and contractual commitments • Manage all project activities in accordance with the schedule • Document and execute all changes in scope of project • Develop new business opportunities • Direct and coordinate the engineering design team • Anticipate project staffing needs • Establish objectives and provide performance feedback for project team members • Work with procurement resources • Establish project safety plans • Coordinate OEM service representatives and contractors • Anticipate problems and provide corrective actions • Identify and execute efficiency gains for work processes • Travel as needed (25% annually)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience • 7+ years of professional engineering project management experience • Experience with contract knowledge, project financial tracking, MS Project, Word, and Excel • Experience in the food or beverage industry (preferred) • Project Management Professional Certification or ability to obtain Professional Engineer license (preferred) • Success working in a consultant environment • Willingness to travel
