• FreeWill is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join the Partner Success team • This is a full-time position, based remotely within the US
• 3+ years of experience working in SaaS Sales or Customer Success • Experience working in renewals, upsells, contract negotiations required • Experience in product demonstrations for point solutions required • Experience in handling 75K+ ARR accounts is required • Nonprofit experience in partnership/membership development a plus • Nonprofit technology experience a plus • Superior written and verbal communication skills and fine-tuned attention to detail • Intellectual curiosity that drives a willingness to learn and take on projects outside area of primary expertise
