Description

• Shape product's future working alongside Product Managers and Engineers • Utilize customer insights to drive discovery, prototyping, testing, and design • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable user experiences • Participate in product discovery and customer interviews • Contribute to and evolve design systems • Influence product strategy with design goals aligned to business objectives • Create process flows, user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Designer • 2+ years of experience working on technology-powered products • Strong foundation in user experience design • Experience in both visual and interaction design • Ability to communicate decisions clearly and persuasively • Adaptability and willingness to learn
