• Provide leadership and support to the growth of engineering staff • Involved in high-level client maintenance for quality assurance • Support company revenue targets and business development initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • 8+ years Engineering Experience • P.E., LEED AP, or CCP a plus • Excellent customer relation skills • Strong Communication Skills • Excellent coach and mentor skills • Strong financial and analytical skills • Ability to present in front of a group of people • Excellent interpersonal skills • Physical fitness, capable of lifting 30 pounds or more and climbing ladders • Must be willing to travel across the tri-state area with added flexibility to travel to other regions being an advantage
