• Interface with CEO multiple times a day via various communication channels
• Help manage distributed team of contractors worldwide
• Assist in managing projects in various areas such as operations, marketing, customer relations, sales, podcasting, publishing, and public relations
• Provide administrative support for CEO to ensure smooth workflow
• Act as liaison between CEO and employees/clients
• Track projects, update operating procedures, conduct research, and prepare reports
• Research and suggest operational efficiency improvements
