• At Fundbox, we are dedicated to supporting small businesses through fast and incredibly intuitive access to working capital. • We’re looking for a talented FP&A Analyst to join our exceptional team, help us continue our rapid growth, and create a better way forward for our customers. • As an Analyst, you will build and own a vast array of financial reporting and data analysis in order to help support various finance and accounting functions. • You will partner with business leaders to develop budgets, report on spend, and drive financial awareness across the company. • You’ll get opportunities to participate in high-impact areas such as capital transactions, third party negotiations, writing new policy, and ad hoc analyses, helping to drive strategy and execution as Fundbox continues to grow and scale.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of FP&A experience working with business partners and finance leadership developing budgets and reporting financials • Strong understanding of financial statements • Strong knowledge and understanding of Data Analytics • Experience gathering and tracking metrics • Ability to write SQL queries. • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools. • Advanced skills in Excel as well as PowerPoint, including ability to build dynamic financial models and presentations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills. • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels • Knowledge of R and Python is a plus.
