Description
• We are looking for a talented and experienced Monetization & LiveOps Manager to join our team and who will be responsible for designing and running the live operations of our game. You will work closely with our Game Designers, Economy Manager, Product Lead and our development team to ensure that our game is as lively as it gets. You will be responsible for delivering vibrant and captivating events that keep all of our players engaged but likely to spend, thereby contributing to the growth and success of our business. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our games are designed with Web3 technology in mind, and that they take full advantage of the capabilities that this technology offers.
Requirements
• You'll build a liveops and a content roadmap. You’ll define every single event, sale and promotion that will occur each day in the game, connecting them to your overarching monetization strategy. • You’ll be in charge of the actual setup of the liveops. We are still a startup so we expect this role to be very hands-on, we expect you to implement your plans directly in the game, play testing them every step of the way to ensure that quality is always outstanding. • You will be accountable for defining daily revenues targets for the game and tracking our results against them, performing adjustments in case we are lagging behind the objectives you’ve set. For this you’ll need to work closely with our Economy Manager to make sure that we are not growing our revenues at the cost of a healthy economy. • You will be accountable for writing outstanding Game Design Documents that will explain clearly and exhaustively all the events, promos and sales plans you have planned throughout the year. • You’ll work with the development team to ensure that the game is designed with Web3 technology in mind, and that it takes full advantage of the capabilities that this technology offers. • You will play the game on a daily basis and actively provide feedback to all other departments to help create the best possible product. • You’ll stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform your design decisions. We are expecting you to play the top grossing games and understand why their monetization strategy is so successful.
