Description

• Responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks within Business Operations Department • Manage daily settlement pipeline and exception reporting for payment setup and clearing process • Communicate with creditors and agencies to clear payment exceptions and uncleared payments • Support acquisition of required documentation to successfully remit a payment • Request proof of payment from collection agencies, creditors, and third-party payment processor • Utilize banking ledger to determine funds availability for payment remittance • Respond to internal and external inquiries and support requests for information • Scan necessary documents and attach to client accounts in CRM system • Actively multitask while maintaining attention to small details • Support word processing, typing correspondence and proofreading • Flex-work to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and manage last-minute changes • Be responsible for special projects and assignments as directed by Business Operations • Research and accuracy required when handling escalation issues

Requirements

• Undergrad Degree preferred or 3-5 years of experience • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Outlook with an ability to learn our systems • Outstanding interpersonal, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills • Positive, Prompt, and Reliable • Salesforce experience preferred • Boast quality customer relations skills and phone etiquette • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Proven track record of working cooperatively and effectively with various work styles, levels of management and support staff • Strong verbal and written communication skills
