• Own and evolve day-to-day workflows for Revenue and Account Management teams • Own tracking and action planning for key metrics across the Commercial team • Own creation and updating of training materials for the Commercial team • Optimize and manage tools like Salesforce and Chorus for sales and account management activities • Act as a liaison between the commercial team and other departments
• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience in Revenue or Commercial Operations in a SaaS or technology business • Prior experience at other high-growth, venture-backed start-ups • Expertise in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and optimize operational efficiency • Skilled in making informed decisions swiftly, balancing data insights with business acumen • Skilled in identifying potential challenges early and devising preemptive strategies • Strong commitment to holding teams accountable for achieving results • Effective at fostering collaboration across diverse teams • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment • Desire to improve the U.S. healthcare system
