• Oversee the regional trade budget, focusing on driving brand awareness and maximizing ROI.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute impactful regional marketing activations.

• Oversee all supply planning operations across our hardware and CPG lines of business
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to improve our demand planning process, enabling us to take revenue targets and turn them into actionable supply plans
• Embed you and your team deeply in our go-to-market product planning and S&OP processes to ensure that we hold sufficient raw, WIP, and finished goods to meet demand, both for inline and net new products, while balancing our overall capital outlays
• Proactively surface insights where products are low on stock, or overstocked, and work with the various teams to course correct
