• Responsible for case management and supportive community services at The Center • Planning, implementation, and delivery of community and survivor services • Leadership of Case Management and Health Insurance Navigation teams • Management of health insurance navigation and program work plans • Establish and maintain relationships with external providers • Track deliverables associated with grants • Support outreach events with a focus on immigration supportive services
• Three to five years of previous experience in program and people management • Bachelor's degree or equivalent transferable life/professional experience • Bilingual or multilingual strongly preferred (Spanish, Bengali, Russian, French-Creole) • Strong experience in program development, project management, and community outreach • Experience leading teams through a supportive and collaborative approach • Trauma-informed experience with survivors of crimes and their families • Significant knowledge and experience working with LGBTQ+, TGNC, BIPOC, and Immigrant populations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Superb interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds • A flexible, creative, and assertive self-starter • Commitment to inclusive, multicultural programming and social justice
