Description

• Design and implement a creator community program that aligns with Cookunity's mission and goals, offering tangible benefits to participating chefs. • Foster a sense of belonging and collaboration among chefs by organizing events, workshops, and online forums to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices. • Collaborate with chefs to produce engaging content, such as blog posts, videos, and social media campaigns, showcasing their talents and unique culinary offerings. • Establish partnerships with industry leaders, influencers, and culinary organizations to enhance the program's reach and impact. • Gather feedback from the community to continuously improve the program and adapt to the evolving needs of our chefs and consumers. • Track and analyze community engagement metrics to measure the program's success and identify growth opportunities. • Chefs will have the opportunity to showcase their skills and reach a broader audience through collaborative marketing efforts. • Access to workshops, training sessions, and networking events to enhance culinary skills and business acumen. • Connect with fellow chefs and industry experts to exchange ideas, share resources, and explore collaboration possibilities. • Be a part of a growing platform that prioritizes chef success and offers tools and resources to help chefs thrive.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, program development, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Passion for the culinary industry and a deep understanding of chefs' needs and challenges. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
