Description

• Assist in all stages of transactions • Preparation and organization of documents • Basic paralegal duties • Assistance with corporate minute books • Coordination of transactional documents • Formation and dissolution of entities • Significant document management and organization • Response to annual questionnaires and certifications • Global regulatory and anti-trust filings • Anti-Money Laundering and Know-Your-Customer reviews • Perform a variety of basic and increasingly complex work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college • 1-3 years of corporate legal experience, either at a law firm or in financial services • Familiarity with formation of various types of legal entities in global jurisdictions • Experience maintaining corporate minute books and records • Highly analytical with strong intuition • Strong project management skills • Exceptional follow through and reliability • Resourceful with the ability to work independently • Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills • Demonstrated maturity and professional presence • Highly motivated, inquisitive, and quick learner • Team player excited to grow within an expanding legal department • Proficiency in Adobe and PowerPoint as well as basic Excel and Outlook familiarity
