• Lead designer in Fintech Core team empowering small business owners with financial tools • Drive strategy, influence roadmap, and work across all Jobber groups • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver value through decentralized Product Design • Mentor other designers and ensure consistent user experience • Report to Senior Design Manager for career growth
Requirements
• Expert in design craft with web or mobile SaaS products • Understanding of collaboration between design, product, and engineering • Strategic direction alignment with UX efforts • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Mastery of design tools like Figma and Miro • Experience leading research studies
